Doesn't realize the mass amounts of money they will earn if the deliver to a college campus 9 miles away. Too lazy to drive 9 miles and rude when questioned why they don't deliver to a college campus that is 9 miles away, in the middle of nowhere, where there is hardly any traffic. Honestly pathetic. Also since this is a review for their food, went there once. Nastiest crap I've ever tasted. Too greasy.

Went in for the Wednesday buffet (5pm-7pm) at 5:45pm. There was no pizza out, breadsticks wiped out, and no plates except dirty ones. Two employees walked right pass us while we were standing there waiting to be seated and never said a word to us. We decided that we would just seat ourselves at one of the three tables that were available even though they were all dirty. 5 minutes of sitting there someone finally a waitress came up and took our drink order. When she brought our drinks she brought us the bill, silverware and never came back until we flagged her down to tell her to take the bill back and we will just put in a order because we were not going to fight 25 people for one medium pizza. She proceeded to tell us there is a pizza in the oven now, ok, so again not fighting 25 people over one pizza! And keep in mind this the buffet had just started 45 minutes ago. That thing should have been stocked with pizza by that time.

Upon my recent experience with this Pizza Hut location I needless to say will never visit Pizza Hut again. I placed my simple order at 5:07 P.M and was given a Promise Time of 5:31. I waited 45 mins and called the store to attempt to resolve the issue at which I was told to wait another 15 mins given the excuse of that the delivery driver forgot to clock the pizza out. 15 mins had gone by and I talked to the manager on duty at the time she gave me the excuse that the oven malfunctioned and that the delivery driver was on his way. I told her if the pizza arrived cold I would be contacting higher management, as she would have lied than to me. An extra 20 mins went by I proceed to enter the store and forcefully demand my money back with no explanation as I was told not once, but 3 excuses. No employees seem to empathize or assist me an anyway. I work in customer service we use the method lead - Listen, Empathize, Assist, Direct. None of which was observed the employees seemed unknowledgeable and careless at their jobs. It's a real a shame when your own delivery drivers call other employees in the work place dumba****. UPDATE: 3/18/2016 Starting to make progress towards being great with food and service!
