Pizza was fine. They need better people working in the store. I called to ask about my order and the lady informed me that they didn't even have my order. I ordered online. So, I check my conformation email. It says that my order was definitely placed with the store. I called back and got put on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. I was about to leave and go get food somewhere else when the driver appeared finally. Fourty minutes after the delivery was supposed to be delivered. Crappy management, crappier service. Eat somewhere else.

So, I placed an order for pick up and gave them plenty of time to complete my order. When I arrived, I could hear the employees in the back talking about my order and how the delivery driver took it. When one finally came up front and I gave my name, he immediately went to the back and sent up what appeared to be a manager. He asked my name a second time and said "It'll be about 5 minutes, we had to remake your order." Well, it was definitely more than 5 minutes and they offered no apology for the inconvenience or mess up. Looks like Domino's will get my business from now on.

Over 3hr from time of order to time of delivery. The app showed the order was being delivered for over an hour. i called to check and the guy told me the order was done and is waiting in thew warmer. So that meant the order had been finished for over an hour and was just sitting in the warmer. Once I received the order, the bread sticks were not with the order and the pizza was hard and dry. I called to voice my concerns and all they said was sorry and that they were busy. Do not order from this Pizza hut.

Would of been better if I didn't have to wait for my pick up order, when I got there, no1 was up front!!!
