I order wings and a pizza and was deliver something completely different. When I called, I was told they were missing the ingredients to make the flavor of wings I order. The pizza was cold and did not have the extra cheese we order. The order was placed online and paid for with a credit card. I asked why did no one called once they received the order and I would have asked for something else, management had to response. They brought me lemon-pepper wings, I’m allergic to lemon and don’t use pepper in my food!! Needless to say, I did not eat anything after being at work for over 7 hours. Will never order again!! Oh and they forgot my soda :(

I decide to inspect the location after having an incident with this location. this is the conclusion . I Recieved a respond from the store manager who had no idea why she was calling me. for her it was nothing than another complaint. Just to let you know I already spoke to her two days before and you can see this is just a small example of not knowing how to handle a situation. she was completely unprepared and forgot the reason why I complained temporally . what she does is usual for inexperience managers you don't always have to do this she immediately tries to cover there mistake by paying me off two day later after the incident. I kindle declined the offer and made a simple request what will be done to repair the issues with the store. she said nothing and after a short pause of silents she apologized and disconnect the call. I am still waiting for corporate to respond because I refuse to believe that pizza hut will continue to allow such poor service . especially if they have another pizza hut a block away that is 100 times better. she still stated that her driver came to the location if this is true why would I go to suck extremes even after I declined there offer . I must suffer because I refuse to order from this store again until there quality and serves are up to standard .. I am concerned more than serves bad because it make fear how they work with the food . expect a change . This is currently a online delivery order rating only . I have to physically inspect the store and wait for a there corporation to respond before I can honestly give a true opinion .. so it might actually be a 3 star First as seen by the rating this store is not in the top place to get pizza from pizza hut. Main reason some of the drivers are not that honest, so BEWARE. On a different issue Maria a store manager is most likely new to the position or Pizza Hut standard in promoting is poor ,because it was oblivious when I spoke to her on the phone. She made it seem like it was my fault that the delivery could not be made. She took no concern that I have video proof that the driver never arrived . Maria maybe an excellent store manager on the books, but I believe a little more training is required in my opinion. I also fault her supervisor and her for not taking concern of the rating of the store .. In there defence it also maybe the corporation just wants our money and don't care about giving what the employees need to complete there goals. I find this very hard to believe corporation are very good on fixing issue if there is good communication between the store and them (numbers talk). Sadly I will not know until there corporation contact me back in a few days and inform me of there plans to improve the overall quality of the store. I would be ashamed as a store owner to have a rating of 2.2 out of five on google this is a BIG RED FLAG, I will be inspecting the store and awaiting the response from pizza hut, which then I will edit The post again.

Didn't get what I ordered and also pizza was cold The guy at the phone rude also stupid Don't even think ordering from this place I wonder if district managers know how bud service this place gives
