I usually order online and either pick up or have delivered. Delivery drivers have always been extremely pleasant and friendly. I've never had them mess up an order and we always take advantage of their custom options. Pizza is always DELICIOUS. We dined in at restaurant last night and our waitress was very friendly and patient with me because I couldn't decide what we wanted. We got our pizza hot and fresh with ample toppings. I am very critical of restaurants as I work in the food industry but I have zero bad things to say about the food and staff. I gave only 4 stars because floor was still a little dirty from lunch and we were there in evening. Pizza Hut has earned the spot of being our favorite pizza joint in town.

I've never left this Pizza Hut feeling good about my experience. I've had my pizza take 2 hours from when I called in the order, I've had them messed up, I've ordered to eat in the restaurant and never gotten my food and left... Today we ate the buffet. At most there were 3 pizzas at a time (with 20+ people in the place) and they went so quickly we barely got a piece. They weren't even the expected kinds of pizza and I only got a piece of cheese pizza and 2 breadstick that were too hard and crunchy to enjoy. I waited for them to bring more cinnamon sticks out, but that never happened while I was there. The only time I saw a waitress is when she brought our water. So the real question is...why do I keep going back...?

Terrible place! They ALWAYS mess up your order even when you order online. They never take responsibility for when THEY mess up, when they do they only give you credit on your account for half the amont you paid for the pizza. The customer service is OK sometimes... most of them don't know what they are doing, they always say they have to call someone else to figure out how to do something. And last but not least for all the trouble you go through, the pizza isn't that great.

Last time we were here they tried to get us arrested because we went out to the car and forgot to pay but came right back in. This time they messed up our order but we got it free so can't complain I guess. Just had to wait literally an hour. Plus from where I'm sitting I can see that they aren't wearing gloves while making the food.

The place was disgusting.. the service was terrible... I will not eat at this pizza hut ever again.
