1.5 hours to deliver pizza a mile away.. Let alone the driver almost left because it was a business and he "couldn't find it" even though I saw him and literally drive away almost immediately. He also wasn't sure which pizza was mine.. really? Also the pizza was so filled with grease, the box itself was wet, it also tasted like cardboard with pepperoni. The first time in years ordering from Pizza Hut, now it will be the last... 0 stars!

Terrible experience. Called order in ahead of time, went to pick it up order not ready! Lady behind the counter said it was a mix up. Had to wait an additional 15 mins. Wings and pizza was under cooked! What a waste of time and money. Will never go there again!

Truly the worst customer service possible. Sometimes they simply don't deliver your order...EVER. Then when you call, you talk to someone at a national call service who knows nothing. I'm amazed they're still in business with such horrible service.

Gonna add on to the many many crappy reviews here. The call center is a joke as is the customer service. It does not exist. I can get in to a 1000 word rant about it but it's expressed by their rating. Please order leaning tower or galaxy instead.

Total clown car here. Order food online. I had somebody calling me asking me for my credit card since it was declined. It wasn't. Told him to cancel it because it felt like fraud. After calling the pizza hut number and them telling me my order wasn't cancelled and the payment went through. I am still not sure if I am getting my food or not. I ordered elsewhere. If it comes I will let them know they lost my business.
