The food is the most delicious I've had on the west side/palms area. Everything always tastes fresh and super healthy no matter what you order. Street parking sucks depending on the time of day but they have a small lot in the back. I'll be back the next time I have to go to my doctors office (it's 2 mins away.

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced in my 46 years of life. They always mess up. Once, they forgot to deliver. Took over 2 hours to get my pizza ... It's tiny Rosamond. Another time, in typical fashion a 20 minute pizza to make took over an hour. When I picked it up, they messed up terribly on the order. I had to wait another 33 minutes.  Most recently an order they stated would take 30 minutes, took over 45 minutes even though I was a walk-in and wait customer.

Very nice employees but their manager(s) and leadership must be terrible. This Pizza Hut is terrible. I only keep using them because I love Pizza Hut pizza and there are no other viable options in Rosamond. 

If only someone who could effectively lead and manage would do something about this ....

Nice people, fast delivery. We've been ordering with them for almost a year with good service and pizza. The one time they made a mistake they were super nice and apologetic and sent a new pizza right away. Much appreciated.

Service tries their best. Even if it's rushed or something goes wrong, they always make it right to the best of their ability.
