My wife place an order. Then called back to make sure the order was taken right since the cashier was struggling. The order was completely wrong. We decided we needed to speak to a manager, she got on the phone and said she would not give us a free pizza!! Our response was we never asked for anything free!! We can pay our pizza!! The manager made my wife feel horrible. She assume that we wanted something for free. Horrible experience never buying a pizza from here again. There are many other great pizza places.

THIS PIZZZA HUT GOD DAMN SUCKS!!! THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND WHEN IVE ASKED TO BE PUT THROUGH TO THE MANAGER THEY HANG UP ON YOU!!! WE WAITED OVER TWO HOURS FOR OUR PIZZA AFTER THEY CHANGED IT TO CARRY-OUT WHEN IT WASNT US AND THEN WHEN THEY DO BRING OUR ORDER IN THEY BRING THE WRONG ONE!!! The only good employee there is Ricardo and if any of them have a problem with that they can fight me on that.

The worst phone experience ive ever had slow and if you get disconnected they dont call you back and cant pull up you order dont order delivery over the phone if you want your order right

Our experiences have been nothing but horrible!! Our last company order on the 18th of April, our delivery took almost 2 hours. When I spoke to the shift leader Adrian he stated that our company would receive "full store credit" for future purchase. I attempted to place an order to claim the credit only to be told by the manager that Adrian had "misspoken" and the store only gives up to 10 dollars customer credit. Sorry 10 does not equal a 90 + dollar credit that was promised. From now on it will be Dominoz or Papa Johns....
