Love Pizza Hut, but this was a sad experience. We went for the buffet on Sunday afternoon, and the pizza was bad. Only two pizzas were on the buffet when we arrived, and those looked like they had been there for a while. They finally put a couple fresh ones out, but it was too little too late. May have just been a one off experience because I'm used to great pizza at Pizza Hut!

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life!!!! The silverware was filthy. The whole tray had to be taken to the back because there was NO clean silverware in the whole tray!!!!! They had to go to the back and get us plastic silverware to eat with. I wanted to use vinegar and oil and the bottles were so filthy with old nasty grime I had to wash my hands after picking them up!!! Also had to pick thick chunks of yellow and brown lettuce Out of the lettuce bowl for salads. If I had not been with a group I would not have even stayed. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I see why there were so few cars in the parking lot. I never write reviews but felt like it was necessary to write this one. I looked to see how they were rated with the health department but it was posted where it was very hard to see. I can't imagine this place having anything close to a passing score!!! (Unless they are notified ahead of time that the health department is coming). If you think you want Pizza Hut please pick a different one!!!!!

Had the salad bar and it was great. It was full and cool. Different pizzas that were fun trying. I will go back.

Not happy at all tonight. Got home with 2 medium pizzas and both crust were a soggy mess. The pepperoni pizza was swimming in Greece. When I called to report it, customer service acted like they could only give me a credit since slices were removed. I'm like ma'am, I didnt know it was a soggy mess until I picked the slice up. They delivered my order and the second pizzas were better but the crust was still soft. Too soft for my liking. It's like dough wasn't cook thoroughly. Very disappointing. I won't be eating pizza Hut for a looooooooog time, if ever again.

Placed order online the site said it was going to be delivered at 9:25, called at that time and they said it was still at the store so we agreed to pick it up for a discount. I get to the store and they give me the pizza and I opened the box and the pizza looked like it had been sitting there for a while and looked cold needless to say I had them remake it they wasn't to happy
