Ordered to large pizza butter parm crust and paid over the phone. When I picked up the order the manger couldn't find my order, attempted to give me the wrong order and procedded to tell me I did not pay over the phone because it's not allowed. Finally get my over and get home to no butter and parm. I call the store and the manger proceeds to tell me it didn't cost you anything for it so what do you expect to happen? My reply is it's not what I ordered. Okay I guess a $5 credit "click". I just wanted my butter and parm & some decent customer service. I will not be returning.

Walked in at 830 pm with my family to have dinner for my little sisters birthday, a nice gentleman told us to sit anywhere we'd like and as we started walking to the table the waitress very rudely told us the dining room was closed and that we could only carry out. Immediately left and will not be back. I will take my business elsewhere that will actually appreciate their customers and the business they bring in.
