After receiving a long wait time (3hrs) 45mins in we decided to cancel our order. I was told by "Freddy" that our order was already in the box and about to leave. An hour goes by still nothing so I call back to be told that it just left. So I ask why I am getting an hour old pizza, to which he replies that he never told me that it was boxed up and that I was lying. I will not order from this store ever again, myself or any of the large orders we would make through my work.

If I were to describe my recent experiences with Pizza Hut in just one word.. that word would be AWFUL. This company has, by far, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. There's a pizza hut 1.7 miles from where I work and they sometimes deliver here and other times tell me that they don't deliver to my location. My most recent experience has ended my patronage with Pizza Hut. My wife and I ordered a pizza for lunch (I work at night and the Pizza Hut is 1.3 miles from our house so we figured this would be a quick meal before I had to rest in preparation for work). She orders online for convenience and we typically pick it up because it's so close. On this fateful day, she accidentally chose "Delivery" at the beginning and rather than back all the way out and put the order in again, we would just go with it. They NEVER CAME. We were quoted 45 minutes for the delivery, meh okay we get it, you're busy. No problem. Well an hour goes by and no pizza. Naturally, we call to see what is going on. They tell us that the driver is in traffic and he'll be there very soon. Really? In traffic for 1.3 miles? Okay then. We have waited this long. Might as well wait the next 5 minutes right? Wrong. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. We call again, mad now because my time is being eaten up waiting to eat. Their manager, Rick, is the one answering the phone (he answered last time as well) and I said "Well, I assume the pizza is never coming so I'm gonna have to cancel my order." He simply says "Okay. Have a nice day." I'm NEVER ordering from them again. It's a shame because when they try, the pizza is actually pretty good. Oh, and they carry Pepsi products. Gross.

The food was OK, but the atmosphere didn't feel good. We were the only people there, yet the pizza took over 20 minutes. The waiting time felt very awkward because the whole time one of the workers was bossing around her 2 kids. You could hear her yelling from across the room. "Bring me that chair!" "Push this table closer to the wall!" "Clean up this mess!"

In Naples on vacation, we decided to stop at this Pizza Hut for dinner and boy we regretted it! The atmosphere was creepy: the restaurant was half empty yet they made us wait 45 minutes to get our take out. The only guy there (at least the only one wearing a uniform) was rude to customers, on a few occasions talking to customers like if they were badly behaved kids. And to add to this terrible experience, the pizzas were not good at all: too much (fake) cheese, too much salt.

Waiter was nice but this place is kinda creepy and not hygienic at all.
