This place has really gone down hill the past few years. The service has become exceptionally bad and none of the employees are helping anyone anymore. The food is alright, if they can get your order right, but it is extremely over priced. We waited almost an hour for a pizza because the first one they made us was not what we ordered. Then when we asked where our pizza was they could not find it and tried to give us another persons food. When we asked to see what we were going to take home it was the FIRST pizza they tried to give us! Almost an hour old and they were still going to sell it to another person. I would NOT recommend EVER stopping here if you want to have a pleasant experience. This Pizza Hut has lost our business for good.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Was told my order would be 30-35 minutes to the hotel I am staying in. An hr later I call to get a status. Girl on the phone said she didn’t have my phone number or my room number but said the driver was at my door and I wasn’t answering.... while I’m standing in the hallway. Funny, if you didn’t have my room number, how are you at my door. The girl on the phone seemed clueless as to what she was doing. I asked for the order to be cancelled and she told me she was not going to cancel it. The manager did not seem to care either so I will never order from this location when I am in town and suggest no one else does either. Absolutely horrible customer service and rude, untrained phone staff.

I hate it there the price is high and bad service and they got no good deals greedy with sauce and cheese

Very friendly and quick to help. Place always seems empty but pizza always good plus at 7.99 large with 2 topping can't beat the deal

On Sunday June 4, 2017 around 8pm my family of 3 were coming back from Las Vegas, tired and hungry, my 3 year old son wanted Pizza Hut, so we stopped by a Pizza Hut, located on 481 Armory Rd, Barstow, CA 92311. Getting off the car, my son needed to go potty, he could not hold it, and my husband rushed into the pizza hut store to take him to the restroom, and a Hispanic employee said very rudely to my husband that they can't go in, my husband tried to explain that our son of 3 years old could not hold it any longer and she RUDELY said no and closed the door on my husband and my 3 year old child. My son was screaming in tears. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, WE NO LONGER WANTED TO BUY ANYTHING THERE. VERY SAD TO KNOW THAT SHE DIDN'T LET A ( CHILD ) use the restroom, an Adult can wait, but children can't and it's really unfair my child of 3 years old had to experience this. I call the store to let them know my experience, I spoke to two employees a man, and a woman and again they were no help VERY RUDE! Telling me next time, I need to see the name tag of the Hispanic woman, the employees were RUDE and disrespectful laughing at what I have to say. I asked for her name and she said no to call back when the manager came back from break. She hung up on me, THEY HAVE REALLY BAD SERVICE, ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS I'M SORRY FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE, I WILL TALK TO THE STAFF MEMBERS SO THAT TYPE OF SITUATION WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN, INSTEAD OF HER IMMATURE RESPONSES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!!!!!
