Delivery for 2 pizzas on a Tuesday night: 2 hours and 10 minutes. Web estimated delivery time: 1 hour and 34 minutes. I called to find out what was going on and was left on hold for 24 minutes. If this was some famous pizza joint and I lived in an area like New York City... I'd understand. But this is Fail Walton Beach. I honestly don't know why I expected more...

Zero stars if possible. Ordered carryout then went to pick it up 20 mins later and up on the screen I saw my name and that the order was ready. (Well it wasn't) The cashier who took my money was clueless and I ended up waiting 45mins total before I told them to refund my money. No one there not even the manager seemed to care. They didn't even offer any apology or explanation. Just... heres your money back. Wow. Please do the town a favor and shut it down because none of them from the cashier to the drivers to the manager can even crack a smile or seem to want to even be there for that matter. Avoid this place if possible.

Not even worthy of one star rating. "Cheesy Bread Sticks", were not done. Pizza was dry and overcooked...not happy!

Didn't even answer the phone. It's like Pizza hut here doesn't even want customers.

Sweet, kind, amazing people work at Pizza Hut!. I enjoy my experiences with them greatly. Food is outstanding! Customer service has always been outstanding for me. They go out of their way to make sure our child's pizza is exactly how requested since our child is so picky about food! Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for doing such a great job Pizza Hut!
