Restaurant had an odor and tables were messy. Our waitress was not attentive. After serving us she only came back to give us our bill. Pizza was okay but then lost the good feeling of the food when I went to the restroom. Disgusting. My husband said the men's restroom was just as bad. Made us wonder what the kitchen looked like. Never encountered a Pizza Hut like this.

Ordered pizza for a party. It was ready on time. I picked it up and it was hot.

Ordered online, it said my pizza was suppose to be done at 9:27...when I got there they said they never got my order because thier system was down. They said they would put my order in for "rush" but it still took FOREVER. It took another 30 minutes even though the waiting area was almost empty. The kitchen looked chaotic and not organized, as theu couldn't find other orders. The girl clerk who was at the register was nice but Pizza Hut you really need to figure out how to get things more organized and appealing. I just came from Orlando Florida, and I think I waited longer to get my pizza then I did to go on the new King Kong ride at Universal!!!

At 12:30. no pizza, bread sticks, gonna sticks or lasagna on the bar. It is now 12:55 and only a few pans of thin crust pizza. Some people's lunch is only 30 minutes and then they expect for you to pay and tip like its ok. I THINK NOT
