Ordered a pizza. After it was an hour late I called, was put on hold for 10 minutes, spoke to 3 different people, and was ultimately told they lost my order.

Always order from this location, great service, carry out or delivery. Wait time is expected of you want fresh food.

I called into the location due to not seeing a Sierra Mist option online. I was told that since the option was not visible online under the drink menu, I could pick a Pepsi but leave it under special instructions/additional comments that I wanted a Sierra Mist instead. I did that. Once the food was delivered, the drink brought was a Pepsi. I called back to inquire about the mix up and Jessica Sizemore, the manager of this location, was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that the comment section is for drivers IF they look at it and she guess I wanted them to go all the way back out to deliver my correct drink. Due to her attitude and unprofessional behavior which included cutting me off mid sentence, I stated yes. She then proceeded to say okay and hung up the phone in my face. This is the most DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER I have ever experienced and she desperately needs some customer service training!!
