I called for delivery the lady with so disrespectful and I'm very disgusted with her behavior will never call again I was simply putting my order in and stated what I wanted and she had a rude tone and said she wanted to speak to an adult which I am! And she got a very disgusting attitude when I asked how much can you get with wings she said just figure it out edit: (actually turned out to be the manager when I called back to ask for a manager she then pretended to "talk to her about it" when it was her the whole time. I expect more from a manager to lead then this bulls*it I just got my food now the lady giving the food to me was very sweet and apologetic she was younger with gauges in her ears and was kind I asked for the disrespectful persons name was Maria she then told me she was upset to work with her too because she's rude to the workers as well do not call to ask for manager it turns out the only rudeness is from her.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to on this occasion. AVOID this establishment. Pizza took forever and delivery driver was unapologetic. Called them three times and they let it ring forever. Pizza was lukewarm obviously. ONE AND DONE.

I just got my order of pasta and wings. I ordered 2 extra marinara sauces and 2 ranch sauces. Paid $2 for these items and I wasn't given them. This has not been the first time this restaurant has gotten my order wrong, and the store manager says she'll give you credit, but when you go to use it, it never works. Last time i'm ordering from this restaurant.

It took me just 26 minutes just to be exact for store to answer my phone I have made repeated calls over and over and over nobody was picking up my phone calls, when I asked them to speak with a store manager reply was I am the store manager my name is Maria and I am short stuff nothing I can do then I have asked Maria please give me your district managers number she'd refused. This store have a horrible customer service unfortunately living in Manassas Park people don't have Choice other than this store to place an order if you want to eat pizza hut. Worst thing is the stuff is not even apologetic about this thing

This place is soooooo slow. You call in and it rings for 5 mins. Pizza quality has went down. Drivers are nice and friendly.
