*edit from previous post- I am satisfied this time around as I was offered another pizza to make up from the previous mishap. I did not get delivery this time around, but my pizza tasted a billion times better today. I appreciate that management did resolve the issue. I think I will stick with carryout for future orders. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Completely disappointed. I have not ordered delivery here in a while because it is always slow but did not feel like leaving my house. I see nothing has changed a bit. It took exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes for the delivery person to arrive. I SPECIFICALLY asked to be brought parmesan cheese and pepper TWICE on my order and did not get it. That is not the first this has happened. On top of that the cheese on my pizza was burnt and my pizza was not hot. I usually prefer the taste of pizza hut pizzas but this was the absolute worst pizza I have tasted. Waste of money and will not be back. Management needs to be fired. The driver did have a pleasant attitude but there is no way I could give him a tip after the poor service. Very pissed off and fed up with this location. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Dirty! Unprofessional! Rude! I will never order here again. I ordered over the phone to pick up and walked in and the place was disgusting. People were asleep in the benches, staff were behind the counter with no hair nets or hats on. We stood at the counter and no one acknowledged us for almost 5 straight minutes even though they were standing behind the counter.NEVER AGAIN.

Very good. Waitress was more than efficient and friendly. Food was good-betteer than normal.
