On September 13, 2017, the manager, Jennifer, helped me place a big delivery order, even though I'm in Indiana! I was sending pizzas and drinks to a charitable organization in Dallas, working for Houston survivors. Jennifer was so helpful to get 15 pizzas delivered, and right on time. Everyone loved the food. Great service.

Ordered from this Pizza Hut at 9:05pm, received an email saying my Pizza would arrive at 9:55pm. The app says my order was still in the oven At 10:30 so I decided to call to see where my order was. They insisted that my order did not exist. After reading them my order number, phone number & name they finally said I could send them a screenshot of the email. Suddenly they found my order. Said they canceled it because they don’t deliver to skillman after 8pm. A call should have been placed!! The money was removed from my card instantly! Never ordering from here again.

I order pizza online at 9:30pm the delivery suppose to come at 10.00pm and come at 10:30pm,I live 1 mile from the pizza store I don't know why take long time to come. The other thing was that my pizza come so COLD really COLD and when I call the store I speak with the manager he told me that he can't do nothing respect to this,he ask me he I eat the pizza I say yes,but come COLD and he don't do anything about the problem. WORSE WORSE EXPERIENCE with this store.

This location seems to always be closed for delivery. I’ve tried atleast 4 times in the last 2 weeks and each time they’ve been closed for delivery. And for some reason even though there’s a closer one to my house I can only get delivery from this one.

Ordered my pizza online at 8:15pm  online
For delivery, pizza got here at 10:20pm 
Pizza was cold and all on the side of the box. 
WORSE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! 
Called this pizza place back, they told me to bring it back for a fresh pizza. I was going to drive back there myself in my truck. But the driver wanted his money I told him no I was taking it back! So we decided to go together in his car and get my fresh pizza. The manger called the police? Waited another 30 min and was interviewed by police officers. "Manger said I Force my self in the car?" I said no not true!? 
I even help the poor man deliver his other pizza that was also late before we head back to the Pizza Hut.I 
Didn't have any bad attention towards the man. His excuse for everything was that  he is a refugee from another country. Did not care much but wanted my pizza, at the end I had to walk back home 2 blocks from the Pizza Hut. Manager never came out to talk to me in person nor apologize for the inconvenience. NEEDS TO HIRE BETTER PEOPLE FOR THE JOB!!
