Claimed they could not bring me my corrected food after they messed up my carryout order. How is it that it is my fault  that you messed up my order, so now I need to pick up the corrected one? Then the lady got an attitude with me about how I was giving her the wrong phone number, I know my own number, but thank you for your input. Will not be using this Pizza Hut again.

Pizza was late ! Delivered cold. With pieces sitting on top of one another. Called Gm 
Gm never called back. Wish I could post pictures and give zero stars

I tried to switch my carryout to delivery and the first man that picked up said it was fine and hung up. I called back to confirm if they had my address saved under my account or something and a lady picked up, assuming it was the manager. The manager said it would take 2 hours to deliver, which i was fine with because i was having a get-together. She kept insisting that I cancel the order due to such a long wait. After I told her my address, she said her location does not deliver  to my house. Kid you not, I live 10 minutes away. I've had delivery from this location countless times and never had a problem.

I always enjoy the meatball sub at Subway. I have had trouble with the staff upselling me without asking. So I complacently went along,which I suppose is what they are wanting. It just makes me resentful. It might be a while before I go back.

I placed my order online to be ready at 7pm and when I got there at 7 there were 5 other people waiting for their orders. I didn't receive mine until 7:30.
