Customer service needs a little work. But overall, the pizza is yummy

They're so stingy with the sauce on the hot wings. Like dang if I wanted chicken nuggets I order them plain, sauceless ass hot wings. If you wouldn't eat your food like that, why would you serve it to your customers that way??? Oh yeah because you don't care and it's not coming out of your pocket.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. I ORDERED BROWNIES, A COOKIE A 3 LITER PEPSI AND REGULAR SIZE PEPSI. I ORDERED ONLINE AND ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATER CALLED BACK TO ADD TO MY ORDER. WELL APPARENTLY MY CARD HAD GOTTEN DECLINED SO I GAVE HIM THE CARD NUMBER AGAIN AND THEN ADDED TO MY ORDER. WELL HE TOLD ME THAT CARD HAD GOTTEN APPROVED AND MY ORDER WOULD BE ON ITS WAY.  WHEN THE GUY GOT HERE HE ASKED TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS $20 AND SOME CHANGE BUT MY ORDER WAS $17.30. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I PAID ONLINE WITH A CARD AND TOLD ME HE KNEW BUT MY CARD HAD BEEN  DECLINED. I CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE SAID THAT THE CARD HAD BEEN APPROVED BUT ONCE WE GOT OFF THE PHONE IT DECLINED (NOW HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN). WHEN WE CALLED TO LOOK AT OUR TRANSACTIONS AND OUR ONLINE BANK STATEMENT IT SHOWED THAT $17.30 HAD BEEN CHARGED TO THE CARD. I TALKED TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HE KEPT DENYING IT AND ACTED AS IF HE DIDNT CARE . I WILL BE CALLING THE BANK IN THE MORNING AND IF THEY SAY IT WAS ON PIZZA HUTS END THEY WILL GIVE ME A FRESH NEW ORDER AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT I DEMAND!!!!! HOW RUDE OF THEM TO NOT CARE ABOUT WASTING OTHER PEOPLES TIME!!!! YOUR SUPPOSE TO CALL AND LET A PERSON KNOW IF THERE ARE CHANGES MADE TO THEIR ORDER !!! POOR GUY HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY HERE, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AFTER THIS IS OVER!!!!!!!!

Shiloh location in Garland is not good. I ordered online. I received an email stating when my order would be delivered. The food was 15 minutes late. I called to complain and only received an I'm sorry. Very poor customer service.
