The delivery driver Michelle went above and beyond. She ran out of packets of cheese and chili. However instead of just apologizing and leaving, she drove back to the store and brought some back. Honestly have never had someone do that before ever! Employees like her is what will keep customers happy and coming back. She is simply awesome. Hope your company rewards her hard work and dedication to keeping customers happy.

The worst! You're lucky if the right toppings are on the pizza and the pizza isn't squished into the box. Tonight we waited over an hour for a quoted 25 minute time for carry out when at the 30-minute Mark they hadn't even started cooking our pizza and we had somewhere to be we asked how long it would be until they could deliver it and we would pay the delivery fee, they told us it would be an extra 170 minutes... but promised us that in 10 minutes we would have our pizza well it took another half hour. Pizza Hut has great younique ingredients but this sincerely is the absolute worst pizza location for any type of Pizza in Idaho Falls I've spoken with the general manager multiple times and either they don't care or they don't know how to hire competent staff. I mean blast off literally took them off their menu because they could not rely on them to deliver in under an hour ever.

I have ordered pizza a couple of times at the pizza hut on woodruff and the first time they never placed my order. I ended up receiving a free pizza. 2nd time I waited over 30 minutes for my pizza . I would not recommend the pizza hut on woodruff.

These guys aren't terribly far from my house which may contribute to the decent delivery times for my orders, but it seems that sometimes these guys aren't terribly clear on deals and it seems that you have to go online for the most accuracy with your order. I'm not terribly fond of the carry-out at this location. It's here where they fail on knowledge of the deals and sometimes end up overcharging you somehow as a result. The whole 'we're showing you your pizza to see if you like it' thing feels like kind of a gimmick sometimes in general, because who wants to tell some dude working lower wages to make a pizza again just because it may not have as many slices of pepperoni on it? (Which has happened in the past) I think people usually just check to see if it's the flavor of pizza they ordered. I'm only being nice due to the fact that they can keep some accuracy with the online orders, as well as phone delivery for the most part, and that they are quick. Like I said, that is most likely due to the lack of distance, so overall: This location probably deserves a 2 star from me and should step up their game.
