Ordered pizza for delivery. Was promised it to be delivered at a certain time; ten minutes after that we called the store to see what the status was. They were unapologetic and said it would take ten minutes longer before they even left the store. 
Unfortunately this was not the first time this has happened. A little customer service would go a long way.

Absolutely horrible. Don't order anything online because they NEVER HAVE IT. I cancelled my order when they called, they STILL charged me for it, and then accused me of lying by saying "We delivered pizza to your house last night, so we're going to have to investigate this." WOW! NEVER AGAIN!

Slow and dirty but the pizza is good. I would avoid dining in because they r always understaffed
