This has got to be the worst pizza hit I have ever ordered from. I called and ordered a pizza around 9pm told it would be 45mins. Around 19pm I called and was told it should be there at 954pm remind u it's now 10pm. Waited til 1011pm and called again and was hung up on. Called again a was hung up on again. Called a third time and reached a call center saying that the location I ordered from does not have any phones at the time and could not provide me any information. So me and my kids went to bed hungry no transportation and theses in professional people want to play with people food. Never again at this horrible location

The WORST Pizza Hut ever!!! Sat over 30 min waiting on someone to take our order. The dining room furniture is broken. Never again. I would give something lower than one star but I can't.

I DO NOT recommend the Pizza Hut on Federal Hwy. for delivery. 1st delivery 1 1/2 hr. after order, was wrong, 1 hour later, still no re-delivery I cancelled order. NOTE: the restaurant was less than 5 miles from delivery location.

I ordered a big dinner they gave me the wrong order i told them it was messed up they refuse money bk or to come get the food so i kepted it in tryed eating the order they brought me was 2 boxes of pepperoni in sauages pizza iy was watery in cookies the cookies stick to the pan in cant pick it up its not even done they was so on the rush to get money i want a refund i want ever order from here again i hope they get shut down

Order a pizza at 8:30pm still currently waiting for the pizza at 10:07. Called and spoke to a rep to find out my pizza was cancelled . Mind you I never received a courtesy call letting me know. Clearly I asked for a manager and was badly assisted by a so called manager Chris. She could care less of what took place. Chris didn't even apologized or attempt to fix the issue. Obviously I will never be ordering from PIZZA HUT again! People save your time and Order from papa johns at least their honest about their 2 hour wait. Owner of this location please take the time to read your customer reviews. Their horrible.. should have read before I order. #worstservice
