Very rude...if they send u burnt spaghetti and a dry ass hoagie do not expect to get it replaced or anything for that matter just told u should have contacted after the place closed...
Who calls a place after it plainly says closed on google and its 11 at night??

The food is good, delivery is fast, and the delivery guy actually picked up an extra item at the store for me too! Wow!!!

This is a wonderful restaurant.  Friendly and Tasty.
We always get the buffet which includes salad bar, pizza bar, and drink.  After church you have to hurry over because the place fills up quickly.

I ordered from the Erwin, TN. establishment, BIG mistake. I said delivery, I was told "We'll be there when we can." I asked how long is that & I was told "Probably a long time" 1.5hrs later driver arrived w/cold food, hoagies fallen apart, small portions plus a delivery fee. 
I kindly asked the polite driver why so long,  the driver said its total chaos at that place cause of staff shortages and he apologized due to the cold food. If my kids and I weren't starving I would've sent food back. I tipped because not the drivers problem and that only 1 driver tonite. If you've got time to wait & like small portions of cold food, the Pizza us in Erwin, TN. is your best place to order.
