Some of the food was good...we got there just before 5pm and looked like the food had been there since lunch. Table, chairs and decor very warn. Very young staff but helpful. Fresh food they brought out was very good. Chicken and mashed potatoes always a fan favorite and the pizza when fresh was good..lot of variety..but always had to ask someone what kind is that pizza??
Very family oriented restaurants. Aaron that works there is very friendly and courteous and always tentative to your needs. Emma always has a smile on her face which is nice to see when you come into a restaurant. We enjoy going there often. Because of this reason and a few others.
This is a garbage establishment. The Buffett is never stocked. The food that is stocked is either wilted/bad or overcooked. The staff is horrible to deal with. Snarky remarks from all of them. Was a terrible experience.
Service was excellent. The Caprese Pizza was awful. There was waaaay too much vinaigrette on it; I ended up throwing most of the pizza away. The vinaigrette was drenched over the whole thing; it’s all you could smell and taste. I got a piece and a half in and tossed the rest out. Generally speaking, their pizza and specialty pizzas are really good; but stay away from that one.
It was a lot cleaner and more of a selection than the last time I came. About 8 months ago food on the "hot bar" was only warm at best. Edit: came in to use my birthday points and few pizza options were available. The salad on the bar was wilted and a bunch of bins were empty. It took over 15 minutes to bring new items out. Prices up and sub-par choices.
It's your typical pizza ranch. Love the chicken, never been a fan of the pizza. The buffet here is also pretty good! Staff is friendly and pretty well kept place!
If the filthy outside doors are any indication of the cleanliness of this location BEWARE! Hated to touch doors for how dirty they are. Bathroom not much better! I’m a Pizza Ranch fanatic but disappointed in cleaning an total buffet!
they didn’t pick up any buffet plates at all, and when we ordered a pizza, we waited 30 minutes and then finially went up and asked where it was. they said they hadn’t even started yet. terrible service. messy place.
Food was good for being a buffet pizza. Was surprised to see fried chicken. That was delicious.Food: 4/5
The buffet is amazing, I love the salad bar, especially when they have hard boiled eggs, pickles and cottage cheese. Not being a huge fan of meat, I have asked for a veggie pizza before. They have a couple, like the spinach & tomato on thin crust. One day I'm gonna get that Mac & cheese pizza to try it. I'm so curious. If you want to sit down to eat good pizza of your choice, choose Pizza Ranch. Vegetarian options: If you want a veggie pizza, ask them to make one when you walk in because it'll take time. I love the tomato, spinach pizza, and the salad bar is a delicious way to avoid meat. If you want warm food, they have mashed potatoes and green beans most of the time. Kid-friendliness: I see kids at pizza ranch all the time. I know when I see kids that the chicken legs will be gone in minutes Parking: There's a whole parking lot around the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs should fit fine. However I imagine navigating the food area might be tricky if it is crowded at the time.
