The pizza is full of real flavour and generous toppings. I was worried about the negative reviews but I am happy we stuck with the order. More people should write about the quality of the food, and so what if it takes long it means they are busy which is good! We got ours on time.
Great traditional pizza place.Joes Special and Al’s Special are the best pizzas, haven’t really had a pizza from anywhere else like it, winning combo.. Expect to wait about an hour for the pizza, good things take time.
When we got the pizza it was soggy and all the topping fell off, we called up and the manger was extremely rude, wish I reviewed it before ordering as I can see others have had horrible experiences. Don't know how a manger can be in charge with such bad bed side manners. Safe to say I won't be ordering from here again!
Always says 45 minutes, then you call them in an hour, and then they start your order. Thought I would use menu log for a change hoping for better results. That didn't work, after an hour I called the restaurant and they said it was ready, I got it 25min later burnt, so hungry after nearly 1 and a half hours later I ate some. They used to make good pizza, but the service was bad. Now the service is bad and so is the pizza
Best pizza joint in the area. Pizzas are LOADED with toppings and every one I've had was delicious. Haven't found anything like the "Joe's Special" anywhere else. To top it all off their prices are fantastic - last week 2 large pizzas cost $29.90. Bargain.
Joe is a good bloke & he used to make the best Pizzas in the area. I religiously bought off him for about 20 years since 1994. Had a couple of bad pizzas & then steared clear of the place for about 6 years. Have bought a few over the last 6 months or so & they were nice but my experience tonight having to wait 2 hours when I was told 1 hour was the deciding factor. Sorry, but I won’t be coming back. The guy arrived & I told him take it back, I’m not interested. Bought Chinese & it was delivered in 15 minutes.
We ordered a pizza today and received a different order, the manager we called and spoke to was very rude, it was a uber mistake but there is no need to be so rude
Ordered on Uber Eats and the Uber Driver delivered to the wrong address. Not at all the fault of Pizza Village. I called informing them of the problem and was pretty rudely directed to call Uber, So I did. Uber didn't pick up the phone. So I called Pizza village back. The gentlemen on the phone was extremely rude and defensive. "What do you expect me to do ?" He said. I calmly explained my situation and asked if there is anything he can do on his side. He then runs off a tonne of abuse down the phone, so I just hung up. While I understand the mistake was with Uber, the disrespect shown by the staff at Pizza Village was utterly reprehensible.
They've been here a very long time, for good reason. Some of the very best pizzas you'll get anywhere. Perfect crust, great flavours.
The owner was so rude! I called up to see where my pizza was and he said he don’t know and hung up. Never again with this place.
