One of their drivers has major road rage. He was texting and driving so I tried to go around him and when he noticed this he blocked me, almost hitting my car, he then flipped me off and sped off. I went to the store myself to complain about the incident and the manager apologized and said “we have no red cars working right now” so I drove behind the store where they usually park and there it was. They cover up for their employees mistakes but they’re not even smart enough to hide the “evidence”.

I just moved to Moorpark. It was recommended by neighbors. I went today and it was the best tasting Pizza I had in a long time. Service was was excellent. They have a great lunch special. I will be going there instead of other pizza places. As you know there are many places to go but Jax Pizza is the best.

This was my worst experience at any restaurant ever. Extremely bad customer service and rude employees, including the shift supervisor. Employees didn't even say sorry about the mistakes they made which was bringing the wrong pizza and then just leaving it there for 30 mins. Then they started talking back. This store doesn't value customers. I'm never going back and I would recommend the same for everyone else.
