Thank you for choosing Pizzeria Pezzo, where pizza is our passion. We have preserved the art of making hand crafted artisanal coal fired pizzas, as well as authentic hand pressed Chicago Deep Dish. Our mission is simple: Have a simple menu that allows us to focus special attention to every ingredient that comes into our building. We choose and use the best quality ingredients possible. We don’t believe in pre-made, mass produced food. We source locally grown or raised products whenever possible. Our local farmers and vendors have a passion for growing and sourcing the freshest produce around. All of our dairy products are hormone-free. In addition, we use one of the cleanest natural burning resources to heat our ovens. At Pezzo less is more. Our fresh ingredients are delicately placed, not piled on, to create a perfectly balanced pie. So, sit back and relax as we hand craft you one of your favorite, perfectly made pies.
