Flowers were delivered on the wrong day. I was never notified, business allowed me to pay for delivery of flowers, then disregarded the delivery info. I had ordered Mothers Day Flowers for my Fiancée. PJ's website showed me a calendar of available days for delivery. I chose Sunday May 8th and chose to have the flowers delivered to her at her place of business. PJs delivered the day before, when she wasn't even working. When I called for an explanation, I was told "We're closed Sunday" and "I don't know what to tell you". There was no form of apology or any solution given. The service I received when asking about their mistake was rude, inconsiderate and careless. I feel as though the business should have called me and told me their website made a mistake. I believe they did not, because they were afraid that I would have canceled my order. Which, I should have had the right to decide. I paid for a specific arrangement, that was not fulfilled by PJ's Flowers and Weddings.

Worst experience I ever had. My boyfriend ordered me an expensive bouquet of lillies, roses, and other flowers for valentines day and had them delivered at my work.. The delivery came so late that I wasn't even at work anymore, I had to drive there to pick up my flowers and they delivered 6 poorly arranged roses with a teddy bear. I called to explain the situation and the employee was incredibly rude and at first didn't believe me. Finally, he sent a man out to my house with a "new" arrangement after a long argument. However, the "new" arrangement of flowers he sent STILL wasn't what my boyfriend ordered and he demanded I send back the original arrangement! Worst customer service ever and a giant waste of my boyfrend's money.
