When we arrived, we were immediately tended to by the friendly staff. The food is excellent, I recommend everyone try the lobster mac and cheese, my kids loved it. Nothing to ding the business for, but there was a family next to us with an 8 or 9-year old little girl who we overheard making a very bigoted comment about hispanics. To our deep chagrin, grandma seated next to her did not take it upon herself to correct her, but rather echoed and agreed with her racist remark. We all choose to overlook their ignorance and enjoyed our meal in spite of our apparently unwelcome presence. As we left, one of my boys (unaware of their comments) even wished them a goodnight (to their clear bewilderment). Any other day, I would have made a point of calling out the disgustingly intolerant way they are raising that child, but I was on vacation and didn't feel like it. Besides, Karma will probably see to it that she ends up with a nice Spanish boyfriend and mixed race kids who will drive her family nuts. Suffice to say that we are gonna stick to overseas vacations while Trump is still in charge.

This place from the outside looks ok but the food is delicious and the portions huge. Prices for a shore restaurant are moderate. We ordered the seafood chowder which was a special for the evening and was 5 stars worthy!. The bowl was huge and served with lightly toasted homemade bread. We ordered the traditional calamari as an appetizer to split. Lightly breaded and tender with just the right amount of chewiness. The dipping red sauce was fresh and tasty. At that point we were full due to the large portion size and sorry we ordered entrees. We took the entrees back to our motel after one bite. The fish and chips came with 2 pieces of fish each 10 inches long and a generous portion of fries and was wonderful when eaten the next day. The grilled veggie sandwich ( choice of roll, wrap, or homemade) with choice of cheese and balsamic glaze was excellent even the next day. This place is not fancy but good. Outdoor seating on the side, good service, amd good food. Worth the trip.

The best restaurant in Seaside Heights. My favorites are the crab cakes and the butter-poached lobster. The seafood is delicious and the service is amazing. Our waitress Christine was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Not the greatest food, our waiter was rude and we could barely hear him. He asked EVERYONE around us if they wanted refills on their drinks or anything else and ignored us. The grilled cheese we ordered was disgusting and the food wasn't anything special and was crazy expensive. I'd rather go to Red Lobster.

PJ's is okay but it wouldn't be my first choice. They really just need to clean and take more pride in the restaurant. The walls are grungy, bathroom was dirty... The food was okay and staff friendly which is why they got 3 stars instead of 2.
