Chris and Jaime are very helpful and have an excellent reputation among their regulars. When I went in Jaime assisted me. I think the best thing about her was her sensitivity towards my pieces. We often prize our possessions more than others do. You may walk into a place where people really don't care about your sentimental attachment to your collection. I've been into a place where the person was nice, but really had no patience for me or my story. (I know, they're not shrinks, but I wasn't spilling my guts I was just stating a few facts but he was like, "well, I've seen a lot of gold and this is not what you think it is..." He just didn't want to hear anything from me except "yes or no.") That is not the case with Jamie. She was very understanding and didn't want to offend me in any way, but was not hesitant to tell me the truth. I really appreciated that. Then on top of that, the pay out was great. If I had more gold to sell, I would run there immediately!
