We recently called placerville self storage to find out if they had available units. Myra was very friendly from the go and helpful in telling us the options available. Later we went in and rented 2 units. She walked us through every step and explained everything fully. She then ushered us on a gold cart to the units and explained how the driveways worked and how to use the gate code pads. The units are very clean and well built. Over all a pleasurable experience in a time of need. I will recommend this facility to anyone in need.

I have been renting from this storage facility for over 6 years now,I love the customer service,i know my stuff has always been safe ,never been any damage and any time I have had any answers to any questions I have ever had.

They're fixing the place of nice but I didn't like having to pay $30 to get my lock removed when they used my battery for their cut off tool.
