I cancelled my membership at the Whitehaven location.  Within a few months I decided I made a mistake so now I am returning.  The place is so nice and clean.  I am commenting on this location because I called before and spoke to a rude staff member.  I called today in regards to the Enhancement Body Treatment and spoke to Tabitha she was patient, pleasant and helpful.  Thank you Tabitha and keep up the good work.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Im not from Memphis and I made a membership online to the wrong location (midtown). I went in to this location and told the guy I picked the wrong gym location if I could work out here until 30days is up when I can change it. He said yes. I continued to go to this location for about 2 weeks. The next month I go in and the manager says I can't work out there anymore. After I explained the situation she said she doesn't care theres nothing she can do. The manager had short twist in her hair. She was very rude! Terrible customer service. I don't even want the damn membership anymore, especially if I can't use it!!!!!

I joined 2 weeks ago and I have enjoyed going 4 times a week. Clean and uncluttered . However, the staff is not very welcoming. They hardly ever greet customers and will only help if asked. Positivity and bright smiling faces will only improve membership and usage!

Massage chairs and free pizza is worth 4 stars alone. -Updated. They won't tell you all the maintenance fees and different charges they will charge on your debit card.
