The ellipticals are outdated and it seems as though at least three of the cardio machines are in need of repair at all times. The staff are poorly trained as well as the manager. It may be because of their age though. None of them appear to be over 20. When I signed up I specifically asked several times when I would need to cancel my membership to avoid the $40 annual fee. The prepubescent teen told me 2/28. His fellow coworkers did not correct him at the time. 2/26 rolls around and I go in to cancel. They tell me that the guy who told me 2/28 was wrong. It is actually 2/25. I speak with the manager. He says that he knows that his employee was wrong but can’t help me out in any way possible. I wasn’t even asking for the fee to be refunded. I just wanted them to make it right. Whether it be a free upgraded membership or whatever. They could only say that they can’t operate outside the confines of the contract. Terrible business practices.

I moved and wanted to cancel my membership. Additionally, my health insurance changed which gave me free access to a different gym. I called and was told I needed to come in in person to cancel. I made it in, my fiance and I filled out the cancellation forms and thought we were good. We were told we would still be billed for the next billing date in October (5 days away). I was a little frustrated by this, but was happy to have the membership cancelled. Fast forward 1 month and I got billed again. Now I'm being blamed because I didn't keep the copy of the cancellation I was never given... Oh, and it gets worse, when I transferred my membership to the Bethel location from Hilliard, it never transferred, it opened another account at Hilliard. I am being blamed for that too. This was the manager blaming me... Poor customer service.

These people have very very poor customer service, they do not deserve even one star . I moved out of town and they refused to transfer or cancel my membership. The manager Matthew is very rude ,he need to learn customer service. Now am stuck paying membership which am not using . it feels like highway robbery and they got no shame about it.

The worker showed me the place, and she was so kind. She answered all my questions in a friendly manner. The monthly price is 10$ which is pretty cheap excluding the 40$ yearly maintenance fee. She told me that they do not cater body building, but rather focus on fitness. It's a decent place, in my opinion.

We did our first workout here today 7:30a to 8:40a - atmosphere was relaxed, yet focused. People just doing their workout with no dramatic behaviors nor exhibitionists. Additionally, it was nice to see everyone cleaning their machines after use. Treadmills were able to quickly switch speeds for running intervals (just punch in the number - no holding down arrow or plus keys required) and the machine didn't hesitate with my 275lb frame. The giant ceiling fans do an excellent job moving air comfortably and after a workout there is a nice space to stretch (not an after thought like at most gyms). Overall, what I most liked (alonged with the atmosphere) was the diversity of the population (age, gender, ethnicity and race) at this gym a nice mix of people which should be welcoming for really most anyone.
