I used to go to this gym 8 years ago, I loved it, it was my second home, ( lost a lot of weight👍🏼) until I got pregnant. I’ve tried other gyms cuz of the day care and it just doesn’t feel the same. I really miss working out at my gym, I just wish they had daycare. ( reason for my 4 stars) other than that I’ve had no issues, love the environment and the staff.

The gym itself is nice. The bathrooms/locker rooms and tanning beds can be pretty gross. I picked this gym for the tanning and was pretty disappointed when I walked in the room. There was dirt and hair under the plexy glass. I cleaned the bed twice before I laid down and still didn’t feel good about it. However considering the price, I can’t complain.

Clean gym and plenty of equipment. The new leg press machines are tough on your spine. They also don't give an accurate measurement of the weight you're pressing. You are actually pressing some portion of your own weight plus what you select on the weights.In my opinion, it's very important to know the weight we are pressing. Especially for those in training. Most of the new machines do not have cupholders or pegs for our bags, phones, water, or paper towels. Tanning beds are clean and usually no wait. Also take the opportunity to check out the massage beds. It's worth checking out!. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. That does make you feel at ease when work out.

Couple of so called members that go there like to hog the machines doing what they call super sets one in particular is a short bearded girl with greasy hair with a NY accent who talks like a girl but is suppose to be a man. Comes in around 0930 during the week. I let the staff know about this idiot so watch out with her/him since the staff has warned him/ her already to share the workout station.

Very clean, staff is very helpful. when you sign up and before you sign up they give you a tour of the gym and they have classes that teach you how to work specific areas. overall very nice gym
