Bummer. Went in today as a guest to check out the gym since it's a lot more convenient and costs the same as a competitive 24 hr gym nearby. Needless to say, the service in the front was terrible. I have been a guest at planet fitness in victorville and was allowed to sign a waiver to try it out. Different owners different rules? They're about 7 miles apart, hardly makes sense if any at all. Girls in the front kept reading out on their ABC software "free guest pass" but were claiming that they don't do that anymore? They asked Morris (if I recall correctly) and he had no clue what to do either. So they called the manager, Carlos, and he quickly, condescendingly let me know that if I wanted to try out the gym that I either had to pay 10 dollars for the day, or 10 dollars to sign up. What happened to giving local residents guest passes before investing? I didn't appreciate the smile or the giggles, nor the lack of competence with a simple software that only takes hours of training to understand. Bad start to a new place, hopefully they fix this way of marketing for more consumers. Until then, that's the only $10 you'll get from me and I will never recommend this gym to anyone. Thanks again!

The place is new and very clean. Hopefully they keep it that way. They have a lot of everything. The price is great.

It's just new. Front desk is childish, very informal and they use profanity around customers. Horrible customer service.
