I was definitely not impressed with this Planet Fitness. The staff was absolutely dreadful and was not welcoming at all. I was highly disappointed, because I have been treated much better at other locations.  (Stow!) The staff up front were glued to their phones, flirting with other employees and downright rude to customers. There definitely needs to be an employee training session on customer appreciation. There was a gal who was working up front there, I believe her name was Ashley (probably 18 years old) that was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. To the management there: please inform your staff how to properly treat customers.

I love this place! It's always clean and everyone is friendly! No excuses people,  let's get in shape! I was 234 and now I'm down to 164! You can do it too!!!

I just joined Planet Fitness about a week ago after leaving my old gym. There was a miscommunication when going over my agreement and long story short, they caused an overdraft in my bank account. I was livid. I called Planet Fitness immediately and explained the issue. They said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do other than give me a $60 dollar credit for future bills.

So that made me feel a bit better, but didn't help me at the moment because apparently they were going to try and take the money out of my account again, which would have put me more in the negative with my bank. They said they couldn't help anymore. So the call ended.

20 minutes later I got a call back from the same girl at planet fitness who helped me. She felt bad that they messed up so she took it upon herself to call financial and explain the situation. Not only did she manage to get the pending charge STOPPED so there would be no more overdrafts, they gave me another $20 credit. 

So in the end, they messed up, compensated, went above and beyond and then compensated me some more. It is so refreshing to see a gym do this. I've had this exact same thing happen with another gym and all I got was a sorry. 

10/10 experience so far, and their actual facility is amazing. Clean. Would recommend

Upgraded from 2 to 3 because they seemed to have fired all the people who hated their lives and replaced them with human beings who don't suck. Also the best tanning experience of any PF I've been to (and I travel and see many) the bulbs are always hot and fresh and there's usually not much of a wait. Keep up the good work, keep improving, thank you!
