Great atmosphere! Not the nightclub atmosphere like some some of the other locations. Nobody hangs around workout machines flirting. Everyone comes in to get a workout then leaves. I love it!

clean ...not much free weights!
and not really big on any help from employees.. looks like they dont exercise much themselves..so dont look for advise from them!!

Most of the employees and the personal trainer are very welcoming. The Manager however is horribly rude and for a "Judgment Free Zone" they judge you and make you uncomfortable if you are fit. They don't have enough weights for the amount of people they're signing up.

This is basically like every other planet fitness and it runs accordingly. As for the customer service, there is ONE man who actually listens to my concerns and took time to explain policies and assist me. Other than that, most of the staff seem inconvenienced to answer my questions and have hung up on me right after they answer the question so they can most likely get back to their phones. If you plan on moving/leaving just know most things have to be done in person and they will provide you no assistance/help (even though i had to move across the country after my home was flooded...).

All the planet fitness gyms are independently owned and operated and they're completely out of the loop with eachother.
