Story

Planet Fitness is known for a lot of things. We’ve got tons of equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms, and the friendliest staff around. We’re also the home of the Judgement Free Zone®, which is a somewhat fancy way of saying we’re a laid-back environment, where you don’t need to worry about that hardcore attitude you might find other places.

You can tell they are still renovating this location, but the staff in extremely helpful and seem to care more about the gym then when fitness evolution was here. Personally, I prefer the planet fitness equipment (fitness evolution never seemed to care about making sure they actually had working equipment). Megan personally took me to the new black card zone (which is by far better than ANY surrounding location) and let me use the hydro massage bed, that thing is amazing. She then walked me through upgrading and was overall helpful and extremely welcoming. She helped me get into some fitness classes as well and I'm excited for my new journey at planet fitness. Highly recommend for anyone in the area! Customer service was beyond great. Thanks guys!

Great gym, I usually go to the Catonsville location but was in the area and will definitely be back! Megan was awesome, she took the time to show me around the gym and introduced me to their trainer. It was great to feel comfortable and be welcomed at a new club. Highly recommend this location!

This location is a great gym. The staff is very helpful and attentive to my needs. The trainer April gives me a great workout whenever I go to her classes.The managers Megan and Dominique are awesome and very helpful !

Location has definitely improved since they opened and the renovation process has gotten a lot better. The staff is extremely friendly and the managers (Megan and Dominique) offer great customer service. I've also taken classes with the trainer and she's awesome! Definitely recommend this location! It is still kind of renovating but it's huge and i love it!!!

Very friendly staff and training classes are included with your monthly payment. You definitely get your money’s worth and more! Only draw back is the fact that patrons never put back weight.
