Started as a member then turned to staff due to an amazingly friendly environment. The only people give this facility a bad rep are those whom are belligerent from the beginning or didn't pay attention when explained the prices. Very easy going place that is perfect for anyone simply trying to get healthy or fit.

Employees always ready to help and answer any question. Great public relations. Almost anyone can afford it, as now it's only $10 a month. Tons of equipment so its easy for in and out workouts. Has opportunity for months free if your ride has their Plaent Fitness Sticker on it. I could go on and on, but instead ... heres to the healthier way of living for all ages, youth to seniors!

Very nice gym. Very friendly staff and the place is very clean. It's great going to a gym where people are not slamming the weights around without concern of hurting others and yelling like their training for a gladiator fight. I understand there are gyms for people who want to train like that, but it is so nice to have a place to go where you can work out and focus on doing workouts that work for you.

Lovely place great equipment and environment but the water taste like metal or something wouldn't drink made me sick but other than that good place.

Great gym for weights and cardio machines.  There seems to be one in every town these days and their prices are great.   They do not offer yoga or classes.
