Second time there. If you are truly seeking constructive criticism, these items negatively impacted our experience : 1) A small and obviously too short little girl was allowed to go onto the "upper tier" area of the rope obstacles leading to the zip line. She was too short by your requirements, nevertheless she was still allowed to go when she said "ah, come on, just this once" to the staff member. She ended up holding up all others in line and was clearly unable to even reach high enough to attach and re-attach her fall prevention harness. This is not just an annoyance, but a safety hazard. 2)In the adult Ninja course area there are numerous signs stating "You must be 12 years old to be in this area". Repeatedly and continuously, very young children ran screaming and cavorting through this area. Yes... a distraction, but certainly another safety hazard. Feel free to contact me. Thank you.

It's been 2 hours since I ordered my food and I am still waiting...... bring your own food peeps to feed the kids unless you want to buy junk snacks or eat before you come here. PS. I think it is close to 3 hours since i ordered my food and I am still waiting. PS: an hour later. Still waiting PS: You need to train your staff and educate them what a great customer service is and teach them how to set the correct expectations with the client upfront - food wait time in this case. Thus will assure everyone is happy. I had asked your staff 3 times through out my wait time how long it will be before I get my food, none could answer that question. They could not even give me an approximate wait time. Also, this is the first time I heard an apologies for my wait time. Your staff lacks a simple customer service training. Your kitchen staff should have found their manager to address the issue. Don't defend yourself, this is not why I am writing this. You have a wonderful place, try to make it better. Complaint is a key to get better....

My best friend, her little brother and I came here for the day and it was awesome. We each had all access passes and it was so much fun! Her little brother dis under 12 so he couldn't do the adult obstacle course. But he had so much fun in the kids area!! The ropes course was amazing, but if you don't like heights I'd suggest requesting the lower level. Overall, spectacular place!!

I was visiting my parents and my 60 year old mother took me here! At first I thought it would be only for kids but I was quickly corrected when I warmed up on the ninja warrior course and let my inner child out. My mother even tried the ropes course with me! Eventually they had to bring her down but were super nice and patient about it. Great challenge range for any age range. Most of all though I was impressed by the staff and their commitment to making sure everyone had a fun time while feeling confident and comfortable pushing themselves. I'm glad to see a place where anyone can practice being an acrobat!

We went to celebrate a birthday and had so much fun that we went during the morning, took a break for lunch and came back in the afternoon! I was skeptical at the price tag, but once I was in the facility, I saw that the amount and quality of the equipment justified the price. I think my kids would have quickly tired of a place that only has trampolines, but they just kept finding more and more things to do at Planet Obstacle. My toddler LOVED the toddler area and I think that the admission price for just that are is a steal. Will remember it on rainy days! The one negative I have just echos those I've read in other reviews. The staff I saw today was not enforcing rules regularly. I'm not sure if they are afraid of parental confrontation or just willing to hope that the waiver patrons have to sign will let them off the hook when accidents happen. So, keep an eye on your kiddos and don't expect the staff to make those safety calls for you. Thanks for a great day!
