I am a regular at Planet Pet and i have to say this is the best pet store ever! they always make you feel like you are part of their family!  i stopped in yesterday and they were super busy with customers;  the manager, Amanda was still as friendly as could be and took care of each customer with out anyone having to wait.Planet Pet has a nice selection of all your animal needs! I recommend this place over any other store!

This pet store is best ! They always greet you when you walk in the door and everyone tried their best to help you with any questions you may have. They always offer to carry your heavy bags to your car and they have my crickets ready for me before I even make it to the counter.  When they see me pull up there to get my crickets ready for me.  Every time that I am in Planetpet the manager, amanda is always working extremely hard and is always  cleaning, working on fish tanks etc.  planet pet is not sales based; they are about fitting your family with the right animal that fits your lifestyle.  They truly have care and love for the animals

Every time I hear about someone getting a pet from here it always seems to die very quickly. I personally have had several pets from this store as well. Everything from fish to lizards and mammals and every one of them died days after purchase. Every other animal I have had (NOT from this store) is still alive except two who died from old age. The people that work here are BARELY competent it seems and a good portion of them think they are better than anyone else as they are high schoolers with better things to do like share memes and drama on social media. This store's drift wood also carries reptile mites, something I had to call the actual producer of the drift wood to find out that the drift wood was not suitable for lizards even though the employees said it was fine. The reptiles in the rear are horded into small enclosures and have to crawl all over each other. I have never seen an adult lizard at this site and every month or two they for some reason have to bring in new "stock" of certain lizards, Iguanas mainly (weird huh?). All in all this pet store is atrocious, horrid, and will never see me as a customer again.

Me and wife are there a couple times a week always great service. Hayden has great reptile knowledge has helped me multiple times with my ball python collection. Amanda  is always greeting you with a big smile when you walk through the doors has very professional  attitude. Unlike other pet stores that always have stuck sheds, unhealthy animals  and a dirty cages planet pet don't. They animals are always healthy looking and some one is always cleaning when I'm there.
