Let me write a more recent review since there is none for 2018. First of all I have my stuff is in there right now, and once this review is out they better not touch nothing in there. Second they have false advertisement for the indoor storage units it is not 24hrs 7 days a week once they lock the office door you can't get in not even through the gate. Third their was a dead rodent in one of my belongings you know why the ceiling is terrible it is open and has no proper covering, they threw out the bag and the man look at it was so skidish to take it out of the bag, we wanted the stuff in there. They never gave us the option because they went into the bag and threw it out without our knowledge. And they only gave us money because I'm not stupid I have renters insurance. Third their grace period starts on the same day it is due. Wrong again the last time the dictionary says: Grace period definition
A grace period is a period immediately after the deadline for an obligation during which a late fee, or other action that would have been taken as a result of failing to meet the deadline, is waived provided that the obligation is satisfied during the grace period. Key word is after, but no they charge you on the same day that the storage rent is due. Now if your late like I was a few times they also charged me for Sundays last time I check they aren't open on a Sunday I need to be refunded for all those times they charged me late fees and included a day that is not advertise. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DON'T USE THIS STORAGE!

We have used this place two times when we were moving. Several months rental each time. The customer service was really good every time. The guy who works at the front desk is very friendly. 
The units are pretty clean. However after we moved out the first time, we found a dead rat on the floor. I like the early morning and late evening  acces hours. 
The second time we moved in there was a misunderstanding with autopay. It didn’t go through the first time and we received a letter about late fee being applied. But when we called them, they took care about it and didn’t charge the fee. Overall this is still better place in coparance to others in the area.
