This Planned parenthood place is so unprofessional. Try to schedule an appointment online over a month with no reply till month and called twice just to get hang up when it was my turn and had to call back wait for another 37 callers ahead of me just to speak to a rude as person that couldn't even answer my questions. So unethical.

I called asking if they perform HSG test and the lady asked me:  what is that for??? Oh my goodness they don't know? Come on! They should know what tests they do in the clinic they work for!
