Needed my BC removed because of it being non compatible with my body. They didn't mention anything about the sliding scale, & immediately said I needed to pay $60 just to remove it! Having it put in didn't cost half as much. I'm the one who mentioned the scale, to which they then lowered the price by a large margin which was reasonable, but I felt as if they were trying to scam me at first.. The lady who removed it was insensitive to me being very uncomfortable through the procedure.

Horrible And insensitive....
It takes forever to get an appointment and managed to call and get a sooner one.  I had been waiting around for my appointment all day and traffic was delayed by 20 min on 271 so I called to tell them I was on the way but I will only be 5 minutes late.  They canceled my appointment because I was the last person they had for the day and tried rescheduling me for another 3 weeks later.  Ridiculous.  I recommend Preterm... staff is much nicer and my appointment was great.

Rude nasty pigs work here! No wonder the government gives them millions every year to have a easy job sit on their butts and look down on every one with no fear of getting fired because the government lets them get away with it. . these creeps  treat the poor like garbage. thank God Trump cut their funding .

Walked out before even being seen because the wait was so long.. Felt so anxious due to the sensitive subject I was hoping to address and the staff did nothing to help. I checked in and was instantly forgotten, with two other individuals being called in before me despite the fact that their appointments were scheduled later than my own. I wasn't even apologized to for the delay, much less even looked at. Poor service, and I feel bad for anyone needing medical attention from this location.

Overall an O.K. experience. The only things I wasn't comfortable about was that the office should have been a bit more clean,I actually had a nurse toss my bloody cottons on the floor,and was told "it'd be cleaned up later". But the rest of the staff were extremely helpful,and very supportive.
