This facility does not offer free rapid HIV testing. This is not good, due to the prevalence of HIV/AIDS within the community. I wouldn't suggest the Center to any of my patients.

I was at this office on Valentine's day for a regular check up. Two ladies took care of me, they were amazing. I don't remember the kind lady that took all my personal info but I know the doctor's name because her name was on my birth control prescription, her name was Glory. I have never met a more relaxed, pleasant and knowledgeable doctor. She was so sweet, made me very so comfortable during a process that is very intrusive and revealing. My overall experience was good but who I didn't like is the atrocious woman that came in to give me my pills. She's Hispanic with horrendous acne. She turned a pleasant visit into attitude central. Luckily, I was in a good mood because if I wasn't I would've chewed her face up with my words. She clearly was irritated that she had to explain to me how to use my birth controls and rushed all my questions as if she had a lunch to go to. That's cool, her fellow coworkers and boss made up for her attitude.

Not a good first impression. Today was my first time coming here and I went in for a simple vaccination. After wasting time there and taking time off for this visit I was told I couldn't get the vaccine because I had gotten a different vaccine within 30 days. This visit was such an inconvenience because that is something they could've informed me of over the phone prior to making my appointment. This was 100% preventable, they are just incompetent.

This place is very helpful and they take care of you from birth control to condoms to abortions. They truly care and want to help most people dont understand the situations that females have togo through but PP doesnt judge you or anything they give you options but they never pressure you to choose another option besides abortion. Some people dont realize that females are not always capable of bringing children into the world and child birth is more risky than an abortion. At the end of the day its their body and if they want to have an abortion then thats their choice stop judging people because you are not God!

This planed parenthood has helped me through many situations from birth control to rape counseling..Thank God you were available.
