Front desk lady is so rude! I got there and she didn't greet me nicely, she said give me your id. And then threw the sign in sheet at me and said sign in. Very rude tone! I normally come here every month to get my bc and the front desk lady are so nice. But today this new lady named T THAI is very rude! I feel like she treated me like that because of my race.  If you work at the front desk you should greet your client nicely if you want them back. Change your attitude or work somewhere else girl.

Very helpful staff. Having my IUD inserted was a breeze thanks to them. Had been going there for a while and although I don't have to go back anytime soon, I wouldn't mind doing so if I did.

If being seen by appointment the clinic is very punctual. Without an appointment it could take hours.

Took time off work to be there are 2pm just to find out they have new nurse practitioner  was taking longer with each patient. They told me the wait time was about 2 hrs or so ! There were 4 patients before me . After an hr one of the checks told that they have to reschedule me because the nurse was behind!! So waste of my time they could of at least call to let patients know before they drive all the way for nothing. Don't go there!
