I've been accustomed to a long wait when I have an appointment at this clinic. I have been going since I was in college, and the staff there were generally helpful and friendly then. Recently I spent nearly three hours for a simple consultation and procedure that took only 8 minutes to perform.

They are efficient once a clinician actually sees you, but understanding how many clinicians or people qualified to do whatever you need that day is not clear. Whilst waiting for a clinician, I spent over 90 minutes waiting, whilst what sounded like up to 5-6 people socialized in the nearby hallway.

Is this what people can expect from low cost/ free reproductive health care now?

At least it's cheaper than Obama Care.
