Made an appointment two days in advance because my health clinic had to cancel my appointment. Excellent staff.

Had an appointment at 3:40PM, arrived on time, it wasn't crowded, and didn't get called in until 4:40PM. Seriously what's the point of an appointment? I used to go to the ones in San Jose on Alum Rock or Alameda and they work in a timedly manner and I always get called in on time unless they're super busy. Also, they have more appointments available immediately if you want to do a IUC/IUD insertion. For this location, I wanted to make an appointment for IUC, but the next available appointments weren't until another 2-3 weeks.
