I've lived at Plantation Park for roughly two years. I've had a few general problems with the unit that I occupy, but thats to be expected no matter where you live. What I love about this place is that their maintenance staff is absolutely top notch. They respond quickly and do great work. The other night the lock to my front door broke (after hours) and Eddie was at my unit within 15 minutes with a brand new lock. Eddie and Santiago are outstanding, I honestly can't brag enough about them. The complex is in a great location. Its very family oriented here.

The “location” is good for my commute to uptown and nearby to the local restaurants/stores in the Ballantyne area.  I have been a resident here for several years and really enjoying it. The office personnel and maintenance team are just brilliant, they are a pleasure to interact with and always willing to help. The place is pet friendly, the revamped clubhouse and fitness center really look good and offer a very nice place to work out, grab a coffee, and then sit by the pool (very good amenities). The development is perfect for my needs, I can’t speak about other units, but my unit is “home”. Lucy (development manager) and her team have done a fantastic job to make this a place where you would want to stay.

I have lived here since 2010. I love the community and the location. The staff is always friendly and are willing to help you. The new online App is very easy to use and it keeps you informed with what is going on in the community. There are several choices to live in Ballantyne and Plantation Park is my favorite!

Over priced for what it is... but the worst part is the horrendous amount of noise day and night. Whether it’s your neighbor above you, children running around screaming their heads off, or parties at all hours of the night with ridiculous amounts of yelling and loud music.... writing this as one is currently going on and I can’t sleep bc the walls are SO THIN and they are so loud with out a care in the world, absolutely no respect for Neighbors who are trying to sleep. This apartment complex is more noisy than a college apartment, or a elementary playground at recess. Can not wait to be out of these apartments!!!

For anyone curious, the horribly loud and obnoxious party ended around 3 am. I just love starting my day off with 4 hours of sleep.

Amazing location first of all!  I love the renovations, the clubhouse is amazing and the way the improvements were described doesn't even compare to what they now that they are complete. Gym...hello..it is really impressive.  Plantation Park really is fantastic!
