I've had my 12-year-old Hyundai Tucson in twice recently for major work involving my fuse box, electrical system, and brakes. Extensive, involved work, but they got it done and my car passed inspection. I find them knowledgeable, honest, friendly, convenient, helpful and other attributes worthy of a boy scout. They are also much more economical than most dealerships I have dealt with over the years. As a newcomer to the Cape I am thrilled to find an auto service I can trust.

Clean guest area, incredible staff and will do what is needed to get you back on the road. Instead of trying to charge me for all new parts for my emergency brake, they were able to fix what I had and saved me a ton of money, and got my truck to pass inspection. They even went out of their way to pre-inspect the truck to ensure to the best of their ability that I would pass. I'll be back very soon, as I have plenty to do on my vehicle!

When I was new to the Cape a couple of years ago, they came highly recommended. I have been going there ever since for the past 3 years.. They are always prompt, courteous, efficient and take the time to explain everything they are planning to do as well as offer alternatives too.

Platinum has been my repair and upgrade shop for my F150 for several years now and I cant say enough about them. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and professional. The work is performed as described, and is explained ahead of time. I recently had to leave my truck at their shop for several months while away, and they took care of all issues, and offered suggestions for things I missed. Even stored the truck for me securely and ran it occasionally. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality care for their car or truck. And cant forget the awesome newsletter they put out, with great recipes too!! Thanks Platinum!!!

There is no better place to take your car then to Platinum Auto on Cape Cod.  They are professional, honest and take the time to explain all of the details.  Everyone who works there is friendly and polite.  I go there for everything from oil changes to bigger repairs and maintenance.
